2 Finish Options: 

Butcher Block Oil - FDA safe for food contact. Must be-reapplied every 6months-1year based on usage to keep the wood from looking dry. I can provide a bottle for you to recoat later on.

Clear Coat - This is a spray on clear coat. This is our most protective finish.
